Find a tenant – This service is deigned for the ‘hands on’ landlord who wishes to manage their own affairs, but would prefer us to find and reference a suitable tenant. We are also able to draw up the tenancy agreement on their behalf should they wish us to do so.
Full management – This service is for landlords who wish to take a ‘back seat’, leaving us to handle all aspects of the letting, including setting up the tenancy and the day to day management of the property.
